Overview of role:
We do things different at Davis! All of our sales professionals have the title of Sales Manager. As a Selling Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to
work with our customers as they embark on one of the most significant and
exciting purchases of their lives – a new or new-to-them vehicle! You will
build relationships as you assist customers through the vehicle purchase
process. As the primary contact for the customer, you will have full autonomy
over your own deals from start-to-finish to provide our clients with efficient
and straightforward service. This new role is revolutionary in the auto
industry as you will act as the single point of contact for our customers so
you can ensure your customers receive exemplary service throughout the A-Z of their buying
experience! *This is NOT a typical Sales Manager role - this is a pure sales role*

Key deliverables include:
- Deliver a consistent sales process from beginning to
end, to ensure each client receives the same high level of service
- Meet with customers and prospective buyers to
understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best
addresses their circumstances
- Provide product information, service features and
benefits, quote prices and payments, discuss credit terms, and prepare
sales paperwork
- Desk deals and close the sale while balancing the
needs of the customer and the dealership
- Work with customer to arrange for vehicle financing
including completing credit applications and matching customers to
suitable financial sources to obtain necessary approvals
- Present and encourage the purchase of insurance,
warranty, protection packages and other finance products sold by the
dealership
- Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork
involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle
Experience & Qualifications:
Don’t have automotive experience? Don’t Worry! Our ideal candidate is driven by providing excellence
