What You’ll be Doing:

·      Build Relationships: Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances

·      Engage & Educate: Be the product knowledge expert, know our products inside and out including the vehicle’s latest technology and offerings

·      Close Sales: Overcome objections and work closely with the Sales and Finance Managers to finalize the purchase and ensure the customer has an exceptional experience from first contact to after the sale

·      Be in the Community: Take pride in being a Lethbridge-local, using technology to promote yourself and our vehicles/services within the community via social media and other community involvement

·      Looking Ahead: Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
