Marketing Coordinator

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then Davis Auto Group has an amazing opportunity for you!  We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position offering between $45,000 and $48,000 annually based on experience. 

In this role, you will work directly with our Marketing Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal part in the execution of progressive marketing strategies and coordinate exciting projects that support our dealerships, helping them reach their goals.

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming marketing requests via our help desk, providing timely and friendly support to our dealerships.
  • Collaborate with various staff and leadership teams to assist in achieving their department's objectives through marketing campaigns, events, and tactics.
  • Setup, execute and monitor paid ad campaigns through Meta Ad Manager and Google Ads.
  • Engage with our audience by creating visual content and written copy for various social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Update content on the websites and create landing pages.
  • Design assets for marketing campaigns and brand material using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Create and execute e-mail blasts
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or communication is preferred.
  • Experience in Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) and the ability to copy write and edit content. 
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to develop and sustain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure online content creation and other marketing material is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Time management/project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible to be able to pivot to various projects quickly.
