Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Body Shop Manager
will oversee and manage the 4 primary areas of the repair management processes
to drive business results and profitability while establishing strong
relationships with our insurance partners and enhancing the customer
experience.
Depending on experience candidates can expect to earn
$100,000 and $150,000 inclusive of incentives

Ideal Requirements:
- Leadership ability and teambuilding skills to effectively motivate, inspire and manage employees.
- Excellent knowledge of operations and business processes with the ability to read and analyze financial statements.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement pedigree
- Results-driven with exceptional planning, organization, and execution skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to use tact, sensitivity, empathy and professionalism when interacting with customers and employees
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an estimator or repair planner, preferably with leadership experience
- Experience using estimating software such as Mitchell or Audatex is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
