Westlock Motors Collision Centre is seeking an exceptional self-starter with strong administrative and customer service skills to join their team as a Collision Administrator! This is a full-time, TEMPORARY position with an approximate term ending date of May 2026. The Collision Administrator is responsible for appointment bookings, greeting and assisting our customers in-person or over the phone, preparing estimates, coordinating with insurance companies and more.

The successful candidate will be earn a wage of $17-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is in the repair process
• Support the Estimator by accurately beginning/preparing estimates
• Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs, with regular customer follow-up
• Liaise with various insurance companies regarding coverage and submission of the repair work
• Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files
• Provide other general administrative support as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills including the ability to use tact, sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with customers and insurance providers
• Resourceful self-starter that is extremely well organized
• Strong problem-solving skills including strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Previous collision administration experience or experience in insurance coordination is not required, however considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license
