Kicking Horse Ford is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Fleet Consultant to join their team!

We are looking for an individual who can build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. In this role you will meet and work with many different customers and prospective buyers to match them with a vehicle or fleet of vehicles that best suits their needs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances
• Be the product knowledge expert - Know our products inside and out including, product performance, optional packages and the latest technology
• Provide our customers with an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up
• Overcome objections and work with our team to finalize the purchase
• Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles and with the community via social media and other community involvement
• Source new and future customers and build your own loyal customer base

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales and business development experience is preferred
• You are driven with a high degree of resiliency – you are motivated by exceeding targets and seeing results and have a strong sense of personal achievement
• Your superior customer experience skills are highly sought after – building quick rapport and turning connections into long-term sustainable relationships is a true talent of yours
• You have strong organizational and time management skills – utilizing all tools such as the CRM, calendar and more are your go-to in staying on top of everything
• You are a collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals
• You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
