We are looking for an Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician in their 3rd or 4th year to join our team.  Not only does our branch offer an expansive shop with ample space to learn and grow in, Chinook Equipment also offers a tuition reimbursement program for our apprentices so you don’t have to worry about balancing the cost of school while getting your ticket.

Chinook Equipment offers a competitive wage band where 3rd to 4th year Apprentices can expect to earn $36 - $44 per hour

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3rd-4th year Heavy Equipment Apprentice
  • Experience in off-road equipment is preferred
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Team player and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform heavy physical work, and must be able to lift at least 50lbs or more
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid Driver’s License
