Parts Assistant

Miller/Davis Group in Lethbridge has an exciting opening for a Parts Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operations and will assist the Supply Chain buyer in sourcing and purchasing vehicle parts for our collision centres.

Job Duties

  • Receiving and inspecting parts orders to ensure accuracy

  • Shipping customer orders and returns

  • Local delivery of parts to vendors and customers

  • Warehouse organizing and sorting

  • Sourcing and order parts from multiple vendors

Ideal requirements

  • Have a strong interest in parts, and possess a willingness to learn, be open to new ideas and have a desire to continually grow and improve

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical aptitude

  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and software.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • A Valid Driver’s License
