The Miller/Davis Group has an exciting career opportunity
and is seeking our next great team member to join our Centralized Booking team
as a Centralized Services Administrator.In this role, the Centralized
Service Administrator will provide support to our Fix Auto locations across both
Alberta and British Columbia to ensure that estimates are completed accurately
and submitted to our insurance adjusters for payment. The
successful candidate will be able to earn between $45,000 and $55,000
depending on experience.There is
potential to earn more with a bonus component in the future.
For the right individual, there is an opportunity to grow
with the company and work towards becoming a vehicle estimator.
·Work closely with Senior Administrative staff, Estimators,
and Supply Chain Buyers to correct inaccurate information and update missing information
in the estimate.
·Close estimates and files accurately to ensure
the file is balanced to the estimate
·Manage accounts receivable
·Perform other duties as required.
·Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency
in Microsoft Excel
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to
identify missing information, trends, and develop solutions
