We are seeking the next great team
member to join our leadership team as a Parts Manager. Reporting to the Director
or Parts Operations, the Parts Manager will work alongside their team to assist
customers with their needs as well as oversee the parts department to ensure
the success and profitability of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and support employees to hold them
accountable for achieving current business and productivity goals and improve
profitability and efficiency
·
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and
performance management of employees while taking an active role in developing
talent for the future
·
Develop and maintain positive relationships
with customers and vendors; ensuring our employees make customer satisfaction a
priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals
·
Monitor and maintain a balanced parts inventory
to meet the requirements of the service department and our customers; balancing
inventory for maximum turnover and minimizing obsolescence
·
Analyze sales, expenses and inventory to
maintain profit goals
· Work closely with the Director of Parts Operations to forecast volume and gross and manage expenses
Desired Skills and
Experience:
- Proven Leadership Ability and
team-building skills to effectively motivate, inspire, and manage
employees.
- Strong analytical and
decision-making skills with a continuous improvement pedigree
- Results driven with exceptional
planning, organization, execution skills and a proven track record for
meeting or exceeding targets
- 3-5 years’ experience as a parts
manager. Bonus points will be given
to those with heavy equipment or agriculture parts experience
- A Valid Driver’s
License
